Yes, we do. We provide ongoing prescription renewals for patients already established on TRT. You would complete an intake form so our clinician can review your current regimen, medical history, and recent lab work before issuing a renewal.

We can prescribe ancillary medications as part of your TRT protocol when clinically appropriate:

Your clinician will assess whether these are appropriate for your specific situation as part of the intake review.

We charge $49 per quarterly consultation. This includes your clinician review, prescription renewal, and any dose adjustments based on your lab results.

For stable patients on TRT, we require quarterly follow-ups and bloodwork every 3-6 months. Your clinician may adjust this frequency based on your individual needs — for example, if your labs are consistently stable over time. Required labs generally include testosterone, CBC, PSA (if appropriate), and metabolic markers (annually).

If you have provincial health coverage, we will provide lab requisitions that you can take directly to LifeLabs (sent directly by our system).

Yes, we send prescriptions electronically to your preferred pharmacy. As long as your pharmacy accepts e-prescriptions (most do), your benefits plan can process the claim as usual.

If you are on underground TRT (i.e. not prescribed), TeleTest will launch a harm reduction program in May 2026 to help patients transition to pharmaceutical grade prescribed TRT.

Lab requisitions are sent directly to LifeLabs or Dynacare and are covered by your provincial health plan. In some instances, specific testing may be uninsured (e.g. PSA screening) and incurs out of pocket charges at the lab payable to the lab.

Additional markers can be requested during the initial intake:

• Free Testosterone (Calculated)
• SHBG (Sex Hormone-Binding Globulin)
• Estradiol Sensitive

Note these additional charges apply for these during your lab visit.

No, routine echocardiograms are not required while on TRT.

Yes. Travel letters for carrying syringes and testosterone are available for active TRT patients. Request one through your clinician if you're travelling.

Yes. If you want to switch between injection and gel (or to a compounded option), your clinician can arrange this as part of your review - no additional consultation fee.

We focus on testosterone replacement therapy (injectable, topical, and compounded formulations). We do not provide:

• Fertility medications
• SERMs (Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulators)
• AIs (Aromatase Inhibitors) as standalone therapy

Intakes submitted during business hours (9 AM – 9 PM EST) are reviewed the same day. After-hours submissions are reviewed the next business day. Most renewals are reviewed and approved the same day - 90% are reviewed within 90 minutes.

Home delivery is available across Ontario. Estimated ship times are 1-3 business days. Exact shipping and Rx costs will be shared with you before proceeding with this option. Our fulfillment partner is required to complete a brief counselling call with you about your prescription and the delivery. Following that a tracking number will be provided.
