Your $49 consultation covers your intake review, prescription, lab requisitions, and follow-up on any abnormal lab results. If you have a new question or need clinical advice outside of that scope (e.g., weeks after your prescription is sent), a new consultation request is required.
Medication costs are separate from the $49 consultation fee. Because we prescribe to your local pharmacy, you pay regular pharmacy prices - not inflated online prices. Costs vary by pharmacy, drug, and dose. Check our medication price list for current pricing.

Intakes submitted during business hours (9 AM - 9 PM EST) are reviewed the same day. After-hours submissions are reviewed the next business day. Most renewals are reviewed and approved the same day - 90% are reviewed within 90 minutes.
Yes. If your clinician determines you're not eligible, we'll fully refund your $49 consultation fee. No questions asked.
Your clinician will review the findings, explain the significance in plain language, and recommend appropriate follow-up. Abnormal follow-up is included in your consultation fee - you won't be charged extra. For urgent findings, we'll contact you directly.
