Once you choose your blood work, we’ll ask you to complete some intake forms. This should only take a couple of minutes.

2. Message a Physician

One of our physicians will help make sure you have the right blood work via a short appointment over secure messaging.

3. Prescription

If treatment is necessary, we work with all major pharmacies & can send your medication to your current pharmacy.

4. Follow-Up

If required, one of our physicians will follow up with you to make sure everything is going well.

What's the Cost?

For those with Ontario Healthcare Insurance Plan (OHIP), lab fees for medically necessary tests are covered. You only pay to speak with our physicians.

For non-medically necessary tests or those without OHIP, you can still get tested but you will have to pay the lab for the tests you choose. Here is a list of prices for common tests.

Common Questions

Requisitions are valid up to 6 months so you can go to any lab right after the consult or whenever it is convenient for you.
How long is the lab requisition valid for?
After you speak with one of our physicians to make sure you have the appropriate tests, you can go to any lab of your choice (LifeLabs, Dynacare, AlphaLabs, etc.)
Where do I go for testing?
TeleTest is 100% online. That means regardless of where you are in Ontario, as long as you have a phone or computer, you can get the care you need.
Where do I speak with the doctor?
Your results are automatically uploaded to your account as soon as they are ready. For urine tests, you can expect your results in 1-3 days. For blood work, it usually takes 3-5 days.
When will I receive my results?
No, this only applies to walk-in clinics. Since TeleTest is an online clinic, your family doctor does not get penalized.
Will my family doctor get in trouble if I use TeleTest?
