How it works

Text-based, guideline-driven medicine means no video calls, no waiting and same day requisitions.

1

Submit your intake ~5 min

Answer questions about your current cycle, compounds, and health history. No video call required. Optional add-on markers can be added to your requisition.

2

Clinician review ~90 min

A licensed clinician reviews your intake and prepares your lab requisition same day. 90% reviewed within 90 minutes.

3

Lab visit

Take your requisition to any LifeLabs or Dynacare location. Base panel tests are covered by your provincial health plan. Optional add-ons are paid directly at the lab during your visit.

4

Results 1-3 days

Your lab results arrive electronically in your patient portal. No need to call or visit anyone.

5

Clinician feedback

Your clinician reviews your results and sends personalized feedback through secure messaging. If anything is abnormal, a follow-up consultation is required and included in your fee. If results are normal, secure messaging with your clinician remains available.

What's included in your panel

A comprehensive panel designed for PED users. Most base panel tests are covered by your health card.

  • Lipid Profile - Cholesterol, cardiovascular risk
  • Total Testosterone - Hormone levels, product verification
  • HbA1c - Blood sugar, insulin resistance
  • Creatinine/eGFR - Kidney function
  • Potassium - Electrolyte balance
  • ALT - Liver toxicity
  • ALP - Liver/bone marker

Optional Add-ons PATIENT-PAY

  • SHBG
  • Free Testosterone
  • PSA
  • Estradiol
  • Cystatin-C
  • Prolactin
  • IGF-1
  • ApoB
  • Fasting Insulin
  • LH, FSH
  • T3/T4/TSH

Add-on tests are billed directly by the lab at their rates. See lab test pricing

Coverage applies to OHIP (Ontario) and MSP (BC) when tests are medically indicated and ordered at clinically appropriate intervals. Add-ons are selected during intake based on your compounds and symptoms.

Beyond Bloodwork

Bloodwork catches biochemical changes, but some cardiac damage is only visible on imaging.

Echocardiogram (ECHO) INSURED

Cardiac ultrasound to detect wall thickening, valve issues, and chamber enlargement - structural changes that are invisible on bloodwork.

Is this right for you?

Our PED monitoring panel is designed for anyone using or considering performance enhancing compounds.

Good Candidates

  • Currently on cycle (injectable or oral AAS)
  • Blast and cruise - ongoing use, regular monitoring
  • Using SARMs, peptides, or other PEDs
  • Post-cycle (PCT) - checking recovery markers
  • Planning to start - baseline bloodwork
  • On TRT (therapeutic) wanting monitoring

Not Suitable For

  • Not using or planning to use PEDs
  • Seeking PED prescriptions or dosing advice
  • Seeking PCT protocol guidance
  • Under 18
  • For emergencies, call 911 or visit the nearest ER

What our monitoring catches

PEDs affect multiple organ systems. Our panel screens the areas most at risk.

Cardiovascular

CBC (hematocrit), ECG, Lipid Profile - monitors polycythemia, arrhythmia, and cholesterol shifts.

Liver

ALT, ALP - detects hepatotoxicity from oral compounds.

Kidney

Creatinine/eGFR, Cystatin-C - especially important for users with elevated muscle mass.

Metabolic

HbA1c, Testosterone - monitors insulin resistance and confirms hormone levels.

Important

Normal lab results do NOT mean PEDs are safe. Many harms - vessel damage, cardiac structural changes, tendon injury - are invisible on bloodwork. We recommend a physical exam at a walk-in clinic every 3-6 months.

Our clinicians understand your compounds

Clinicians familiar with the compounds you're using means more effective harm reduction monitoring.
