Once you choose your condition, we’ll ask you to complete some intake forms. This should only take a couple of minutes.
2. Message a Physician
One of our physicians will help you get appropriate treatment via a short appointment over secure messaging.
3. Prescription
We work with all major pharmacies & can send your medication to your current pharmacy.
4. Follow-Up
If required, one of our physicians will follow up with you to make sure everything is going well.

No. Your family doctor will not be notified if you use TeleTest.
We don’t bill OHIP for arranging tests or prescriptions, so there is no impact on your doctor or their practice. This differs from visiting a local walk-in clinic, which may affect your doctor's compensation.

You can consult with a licensed physician, order lab tests, and receive prescriptions—all without visiting a clinic. It’s designed to save you time while maintaining the same professional care you'd expect in person.
2-5 business days for most test results, depending on the type of test.
Here’s a general timeline for common tests:- Routine Bloodwork (Cholesterol, Diabetic, Liver, and Kidney Function): 24 hours
- Urine Gonorrhea/Chlamydia: 1-2 days (often as fast as 24 hours)
- STI Bloodwork (HIV, Syphilis, Herpes, Hepatitis): 3-10 days (often as fast as 48 hours)
- Urine Culture (for UTIs): 3-6 days
- BV/Yeast Infection (Vaginal Swabs): 2-3 days
Yes. We prioritize your privacy and take every step to secure your information.
While fully anonymous testing is not available due to lab and legal requirements, your results are never shared with your family doctor without your consent.

Yes. Our healthcare providers can prescribe medications through TeleTest when needed.
We offer renewals for existing prescriptions and new prescriptions for various medical conditions. Your prescription can be sent directly to your preferred pharmacy anywhere in Ontario. Just select a pharmacy from our extensive list, and we’ll handle the rest.
