If you are unwell or experiencing any of the following symptoms:

• General Symptoms: Fevers, unexplained weight loss, night sweats, loss of appetite, feel unwell
• Heart and Lung Symptoms: Chest pain or heaviness, cough or shortness of breath, palpitations, feeling faint left arm pain or heaviness, new onset burping/belching
• Neurological symptoms: New onset headache, numbness, one-sided arm or leg weakness, difficulties with word finding, difficulties swallowing, double vision, slurring of speech, loss of balance or coordination, new onset memory loss, vertigo, seizures, tinnitus or hearing loss
• Genital/Urinary symptoms: An inability to urinate, incontinent (leaking) urine, blood in your urine, vaginal bleeding
• Abdominal Symptoms: new onset diarrhea, abdominal pain, bloody or tarry black stools, vomiting, nausea, an inability to have a bowel movement or pass gas
• Skin/Musculoskeletal: Facial swelling, new onset rash, new onset body pain (i.e. back pain, calf pain), new onset joint swelling, burning or tingling of the skin
• Mental Health: Suicidal thoughts, thoughts of hurting others, hearing voices

Do not use TeleTest and go to an urgent care centre for an immediate assessment.
